I was around and  I attended class today but I missed 2 weeks worth of Assignments which I had to do Mr. Martins helped brief me and teach me what I missed during the 2 weeks I missed. and we learned to mask pictures and add layers.

Lecture 4

This week was about learning how to add texture to images and saving the main file and adding the texture as a Layer to the Main image can choose to overlay thereby giving a Natural look or a More Realistic Look.

In this week were to learn how to recreate Pictures and getting it as similar as possible in this case, it was a castle on a floating rock.

EXERCISES

Exercise-Hearst Mansion(Week 1)

This week we were meant to use the software photoshop to photoshop ourselves into a mansion using the technique we learned in class.

This week we were meant to replicate a mansion in a horror kind of theme using Photoshop.

Comment: For this work, Mr. Martins and Mr.Jeffery were pleased with the detail especially the skin. I planned to make the Lace red but Mr.Jeffery and Mr. Martins advice that I keep it white. 

Exercise 4(week 4): Displacement Map

• Exercise 4A

Requirements: The aim of this exercise is to represent and interchange  Textures on the surfaces of different types of images.

Comment: This Picture of Spiderman personally I really liked the texture I applied, which gives it a unique look.

Comment: I also liked this work the fire texture gives it a really nice touch. 

Exercise 5 (Week 5): Castle of Pyrenees 

Tasks Requirement 
1. Recreating a masterpiece
2. Use your own texture and generated images
3. HD Portrait (1080 x 1920 @ 72 dpi)

Comment: Mr. Jeffery and Mr. Martins Liked the choice of Background but they also advised me to match the color of the castle to that of the Stones which I did.
